I got this off of a UK Celica site. I will try and get in touch with this company and find out if it will fit on the US model. If it does were looking at around $4200 for the supercharger. Seeing that I'm stationed in England I might be able to get it :)
i was looking at hyper super sports site www.hypersr.com and they quote the price for the 7th gen blitz charger as

Out of interest, why not just get a Power FC anyway, its a fully programmable unit so country shouldn't matter. I just ordered mine from Takakaira, its meant for the MR-S but I am putting it in a GT, same engine just in the back :)
uhm.. tell me when it's release and working properly in us :P

Well, even though uk has diferent petrol, they really dont. I am trying to remember the link, it has to do with chemical makeup of the petrols that actually make them basically about the same fuel even though ones octanes are higher, its another chemical. Even if you do have to use the uk petrol, get a safc and tune it for us fuel.

UK runs in a-lot higher octane.
S-AFC to tuned for octane???? Do you know what you are talking about?

When you tune your safc you are tuning it to be rich or lean. You can tune it to be more lean to run a higher octane because you have more head room with a higher octane without ping. This is why I love my haltek system. You dont have to put up with stupid stock ecus.

Why does the US get such piss gas when we are "the greatest country" or whatever?

lol... there's 104 octane at the pump in france... sucks for us, huh?

I run my car on 95 in the UK.
All cars after 1994 (or something) have OBDII, even us UK car owners.
EnergieEngineer - Which Haltech are you using and how the eff did you get it to work with the VVT?

You can get the powerfc from japan for a fairly good price. Email Graham Ware at Japanparts.com He is awsome and will get you a great price. Jonvolk over on the spyder board uses the powerfc in his beat of a spyder running a t4 turbo.

If I remember right the uk has a higher octane, but we have a higher "ron" or somthing. I wish I could remember the link that explains it all.
