hell yes, a GTS header would be 50 times harder. you have no idea trying to manuever two elongated heat sheild and a header jumbled up you can just remove one at a time you have to reaarange it all to make them come out that took over 1 hr and about 10 cuts. in a gts there would be no room youd have to pull the engine out.
did you put the heat shield back on?

Damn, so the rumors are true. Sorry to hear about all the troubles. I'm definitely taking mine to the shop! At least you got em on and you did it yourself and that must be kick-ass. So then you're coming Wednesday right?
You missed a good time Friday man! We'll have to make up for it!

john,
The power is mostly top end. bottm end feals the same, although isits alot louded when the car is ideling, and at low rpm. the car sounds like a v-6 actually. above 5k is where you totally notice it. if i were in first at 5k or a little over, or even second, and i floor the car, its redlines so fast most of the time i hit the limiter. so it defanatly helps top end. its good for 9whp. in a paper celica GT like mine with no options, 9whp is a nice jump. lol. some of the other GT guys with body kits have weighed in a 2325 lbs. im guessing mine ways like 2200 lbs. prolly 135whp. i should be low 15 territory now. within the next two months i am gonna try and get a new clutch installed, so my times should get a little better.

nice!, so when you do the clutch, are you thinking about getting a flywheel? with the header and the flywheel, you'll spin it up like a motorcycle eheheh

well im thinking i can get toyta to replace my clutch. im on really god terms with them, so i may say to my service guy. "hey, ah, i have had this flywheel for awhile now, since your in the tranny think you can just throw it on?" hehe i think he will cause i brought him a belt and he put it on for me no charge.
