shocks/coilover combo?????

what's the best brand of shocks that will compliment a ground control coilover? my car is a daily driven and right now I have the stock shocks with ground control coilover. your opinion will greetly appreciated.

agx's or custom koni's. if you go with agx's just make sure you dont go any lower than 1.75.

If cost is not an issue go with the Konis for sure. TRIPPIN will the AGXs blow with over a 1.75" drop?

if i were u, 1st get rid of ur coilover gc (get a real coil over like tein) replace it w/ some nc decent spring like trd then combined it w/ nc shocks that good for a daily driver, like what i have i got trd spring + kyb shocks setup, best set up for me

He is better of with the GC coilovers and Koni shocks then with Tein basics or even the Tein SS. The Tein Flex coilovers are a different story but they are very expensive. This is just my opinion but i'm sure others will agree.

any aftermarket shocks will blow sooner or later with anything lower than 1.75. unless you get custom koni's. if your going custom koni's id rather save up a few more $$$ to get some decent coil overs. ive had my agx's since 2004 and it is still good.

I've always been wondering about this: If i get konis paired up with Hotchkis Spring, for that kind of drop, would the shocks life be dramatically shortened if i dun get them custom valved??
