engine problem?

ok my car is an auto, but i drive the sh*t outta it, but anyways. when i left my friends house i pulled onto the road and (usually when it shifts gears its a clean smooth shift)....but when i pulled out, it went to shift gears, but it like hesitated, then shifted into gear, but it wasnt a smooth shift. anyone know what or why this happened? it has did it like once before. any suggests?

i think the ecu got use to you flooring it...and when it didn't have the power there it bogged....my auto does that also after i drive the car hard
