Im just checking to see how many people live on Long Island.

What kind or car?
What part of LI?

Post here also if your up for a meet.

Anykind of car is welcome.

If you are put down some ideas where to meet, what to do and wht day/time.

about time :D

how about just before christmas break? (2 weeks around?)

top of roosevelt field mall i guess. i'd say the track, but it's only open 1-6pm on fridays. and the NJ tracks are closed, and NJ's too far anyway.

i think we should have it during the afternoon. anything after 4 and it'll be dark and hard to see and whatnot.

Don't meet at a mall from Thanksgiving to New Years. thats prime shopping season.

hmm...you're probably right. but the mall's pretty damn big...you think even the roof would be filled? or how about some of the surrounding lots?

heh, we'll set a date, as soon as we get suggestions on what's best for the most people ;) any specific requests?

still researching a good location around the area. how does Jones Beach sound? do they have big parking lots open to the public this time of the year? or we'll just find a big mall :D

meet would be in daytime so mall rush would not be an issue i think until well after we got there. findin space wouldn't be a problem. plus with a mall, you got a zillion other things to do.

as of late October, only Field 6 was open. probably still will be now. I'll check the West End during next week.

Of course, unless there is a high pressure system sitting on the Northeast, the wind will be very strong at the beach. I take it everyone needs their car sandblasted clean?:eek:

Why dont you guys just have it at the mall? There is room on the top deck of the garage. In light of recent events, shopping has been down alot lately so the mall isnt that packed. I should know, i was up there at like 8 the other night doing power slides and drifting. :D Its easily accessable as it is right off of the parkway. Very good place for a meet, anybody should be able to find it with no problem.
