I'm assuming you want to cut you stock springs. If you do this, your car will ride like sh$t! Don't do it. Just save the money and buy some TRD springs. If you also cut your springs, you will jack up your shocks and struts a lot faster, costing you more money down the road

lol... no one here is gonna help you mess up an awesome handling car... its like asking how to remove the safety on the .45 cause you wanted to shoot yourself.

Nobody is going to tell you. As soon as you cut those springs... you might as well put a Type R sticker on your car. Yah look pretty new here. Were very very very picky about keeping this car pure... and cutting the springs is like bastardizing it.

RICE ? i like rice, i put rice on all my food including rice.. hmm rice with rice yumm...anyways back to the topic. You can absolutely cut your springs to make it lowered. However youll be bounsin like crazy, kinda like those low riders. Yet, that is your car and you can do whatever you want to it. But most the peeps here may suggest to save up and by a decent springs and may not even cost you over $200, for instance TRD or Eibach. It will save you in the long run.

I wasn't calling all Civics ricey. I will admit there are a lot of Civic owners out there who know what to do with that car to make it look and perform extremely well. Hell, I even wanted to get a Civic at one time.
