Opinions if possible on these tires?

OK I think I'm going W/ the Yokohama AVS Sport tires in size 235/35YR-19 but there are others available

1: Pirelli - P7000 RF - 235/35YR-19
2: Nitto - NT 555 - 235/35ZR-19 REIN 91W

Price really isn't the issue but I was wondering if maybe these other tires perform just as well as the AVS Sport and how well the tread wear on all of them is? Do you think I'll get at least 40K outta the yoko - AVS sport tires?

I wouldn't expect to get 40k out of any performance tire.
