I have done the performance mods i want to for now and my next step is working on the audio system... I had subs before but my entire car seemed to rattle.... has anyone used that stuff and do you think would it help with the rattling?

I've used Raamat, which is similar I believe. Goes on in two stages, the butyl based mat direct to the metal, then the foam liner goes over top. Did a nice job of silencing some minor door rattles and road noise from the hatch area. I'd recommend it.
If you have major rattling in your dash or from your engine bay obviously it won't help, but minor panel rattles and stuff it will probably do the trick.

not perosnally, but have helped install it, when done right (and it's hard to screw up), makes a difference, not only in the sound (stereo) but overall in driving (road noise lessened) this is one of the things on my list to complete whn i get a chance

Its going to be just like using dynomatt but just a different brand. If its cheaper go with it because it will do the same thing.

OK AWESOME!!! thanks you guys. I am thinking about just buying a 100ft roll and then selling it to other people when they need it... I just want to make sure I have enough to take care of my car also.

it will take most of 100sq ft to do a single car

the main purpose of this is to help sound quality and keep more sound inside the car than escaping, but also helps with rattle.
