Stereo loosing settings

Lately i took my stereo to the shop cos it had an amplifier or something that went.. now i hooked it back up and everytime i switch off the car or switch off the stereo it looses all its settings... any idea what it could be??

Missing constant 12V battery for memory retention. Check the multi-fuses.

there is a fuse at the back looks good to me or is it somewhere else?

in your fuse box in the passenger floor in the center consol there is multi fuse they are 7.5 i think corect me if im wrong, but the mulit fuse with be longer than a regular fuse and yellowish bronw in color

No, they're brown, to the far right and don't look like the rest.

Try a pair of needlenose pliers.

i tried with a proper fuse tweezer pliar but no luck.. ill try with a different type of pliar, any of the 4 fuses could be gone right?

Wiggle them as you pull. 15A RADIO & 7.5A ECU-ACC. However, it sounds like you have an aftermarket stereo.... and you haven't hooked up a lead to the correct location.
