Yea my buddy took his 91 rx-7 and put a 350 in it, i thought that was pretty dumb(hilbilly) if you ask me, but, to each there own. It would be nice to take a ride in this thing though.

yeah, I'll agree that the white V8 2nd gen xB owns, but there's a difference -- ones a pet project car (it seems) and a 1st gen, the other is a tuner special and a 2nd gen. it's almost like comparing apples to oranges, but since they're the same model, different gens, both with V8's, except one isn't a TT; I don't see the point in comparing the two. now if there were two 1st gen RWD V8 swapped xB's in this thread we were comparing, then it would probably make more sense. okay, that's all.

It's a backyard job, and he's clearly set that xB up for drag racing (hence the driveshapft loop) so I don't think he really cares about the fabrication. It's not really that difficult to convert a car to RWD and make it a rolling/running project. Doing it nicely is a different story.
