sorry, i didnt intend to cross-post, but i guess it turned out that way...

This meet was actually quite interesting...
first-off, The meet took place at 10am on a Sunday morning - this had been a perfect time because there really wasn't too much traffic getting to the meet (myself, tonykma and cool2mikelu came from 100 miles north) ...There was slight showers - so we all got unexpected car washes on the way there... but once we got there at 10:30, the showers had stopped and we were in biz!!
Once at the meet, we parked our cars off from the street on private business property (check the photos to see what I mean)... about every 15 minutes there was some rice'd out car that would drive by - either revving its engine to get the lawn-mower sound or to show-off it's blow-off valve's "pffftssss"
...oddly enough, it wasn't always a civic or an accord.... got a few S2000, an MR2, some Eclipse and there was even one guy that was ballzy enough to drive-up to AND inside where our meet was - just so that he could rev the engine on his clean/fixed-up VW Golf :) (yes, it was nice, but I prefer the more sporty looking celica over any VW)
either way - it was alot of fun!
Oh, did I mention that Magnaflow Performance (http://www.magnaflow.com/03cat-celica.htm) also made the trek down (from Rancho Santa Margarita) to check us out??? well, they did! And Brent (Magnaflow/Direct Sales) brought down with him their brand new DIRECT/BOLT-ON replacement Celica GT exhaust system! This has gotta be one of the nicest looking exhausts that I have seen since the TRD exhaust!
