Extremely simple photochop request

Just was wondering if someone could photochop the CELICA vinyl inserts on these two pictures. I'd like to see what it would like clean without the inserts and then in black, on both pictures. Thanks a lot, I appreciate it!

Quick job, if you want better quality(especially on the black) i can work on it a little bit more but i think you get the idea.
