Wheelmax Sucks

I know this has been posted over and over again. I've never had a problem with them in the past - I've purchased 3 other sets of wheels from them. What can I say, I like me shoes! :)

Here is a link to my ripoff report, it tells it all. I just want to get the word out again about Wheelmax.

You'll notice at the bottom of the page that I have an additional paragraph giving a description of the wheels that I ordered. This is pulled right off of the Wheelmax Website. It states in black and white that the wheel has a 2.5" - 4" lip.

Also, if you want to see more about them, google Wheelmax Sucks. You'll get an eyeful. Pages and pages of complaints.

You can google Wheelmax Complaints too.

Go to a reputable company to buy your wheel and tire packages! Wheelmax customer service sucks and their website can not be trusted. Their prices might be cheap, but they are a joke.

I was just getting ready to order a set of 18's in about a week or so from them. That sucks they are really resonable too.

I bought a set of rims from them like 3 years ago. I never had any problem.And I was planning to buy another set from them. But since there's a problem, I'll just go somewhere else. Too bad wheelmax.......some crook, I hate crooks...

Hate to say it but you have no one to blame but yourself. You knew of their reputation and yet you have bought 3 sets of rims from them. It is consumers like you that keep that **** hole in business and thus provide them further opportunities to screw others over, due to your centrism. You just happened to screw yourself in the long run. I live in Miami and would not buy a set of rims from if they showed me they were in stock, in boxes, and physically in my face. Try Edgeracing next time, they are also local and provide great customer service.

sucks to see someone else go through that. I went through a lot with them a couple years ago. Bought wheels and they sent 3 of what i ordered and 1 that was used/scratched/ had valve stem and center cap/ and come in a box that was beat to hell and back. i called and they didnt believe me. I emailed tons of pics and they said it was the right wheel and that it was new. they finally agreed to send another but not until i sent the bad one back for them to inspect first. took almost 3 weeks to get another wheel. the set also came without the lug nuts and hub rings i ordered which they also didnt believe me about. finally got those and the hub rings were the wrong size. then about a year later i cracked one of the wheels hitting a pot hole (****ty quality wheels) and they had since discontinued the wheels and were out of stock. i was told that they werent going to get anymore and to contact EXEL. EXEL stated that I needed to deal with wheelmax and that EXEL isnt going to make the wheels again and had none in stock. BULL****!!!!!!!! about 2-3 months ago they rereleased the same wheels and in the same color that both EXEL and wheelmax swore up and down they would never offer again. Both companies can eat a dick if I had a say in it. I will NEVER buy another set of EXEL wheels and will NEVER deal with wheelmax again... i hope everyone reads this and the other members' complaints and take a hint
