i noticed in the behind the car pic that the license plate is blocked off by some weird hexagon shapes...is that the license plate cover that thwarts photo radar? If so then where can I get one of those? I haven't seen that one before. I'm guessing it's light sensitive? ie. only blurrs out when the flash goes off from the photo radar?

I can't believe how much better Russ' car looks than the other one I think mostly cause of the tail lights sad to say!! Damn the stock tails look so dull and f'ugly.
