View Full Version : anybody kno a good shop that could install my s-afc?

i just got one. i dont want to mess with this thing. so does anybody kno of a place that could install this? maybe some of u got ur s-afc installed at a shop and u could referre me to it. i want to go to a shop that already installed a s-afc to a celica before. so they dont have any trouble installing it.

ask Edrick at west covina toyota, his old shop Ikon installed mine for me. The person who installed it is named Nate.

i know this would be off topic, but what does an s-afc do. i know its something about the fuel so you an have it run lean or rich(what does that mean as well?)

i know a friend that install the Safc and Vafc.. im pretty sure he knows how to do it on the GTS

ey mike, how much did he charge u? did u have any problems with ur car after nate installed ur s-afc?

I think he charged me like $75, and no did not have any problems what so ever after installation. Nate checked all wireing make sure it is on tight before closing up the ECU compartment.
Sorry did not see this post until now.
But I think Edrick is not sure where Nate is working at anymore, because I was going to buy a turbo kit and have him install it for me. (Nate knows how to install turbo kits)

I won't be in LA until HIN next month, but I would do it for you. Just buy me lunch, and I call it good. Install is pretty simple. At least on my car it was.

well yeah its pretty simple if you have something to refer to (that drawing on the site works but not as well as seeing it in person).
