OK PEOPLE I've got a 2000 Celica. I am trying to convert everything to TRD and Carbon fiber. I bought a New in box TRD supra wheel and have been anxiously awaiting the weekend to install it.
Disconnected everything.
OEM wheel off.
Now I notice that the clock spring fitment is different. I like the fact that It has the stock airbag and I want to keep that function but how the hell do I get this sucker to fit?
Any ideas out there?
Remove the clock spring? Kind of nervous to do that.
Dremel tool to the clock spring fitment area?
If you need pics of what I'm talking about let me know.
Thanks guys

OK that post was great and I have confirmed that my wheel is for the Supra MKIV but it still is a diff connector size. I noticed they talk of a little bit of modding. Any ideas how they modded?

Ah, I remember all the work I had to do to get that one to fit...
Agonystes, I'm sorry to say this, but there's no way you can get that particular steering wheel to fit your Celica. :(
I had the same problem before and I had to return the first one I bought.
