any reason you typed that 2 times? anyways, some of mine have partially fallen off and nothing bad has happened yet. i think they're mainly there for aerodynamic reasons but don't know if they make a huge difference. most other cars i've seen or owned don't have them so they're probably not a complete necessity.

I really don't see why they would be necessary. Why don't you call your local Toyota dealership and ask them. They should be sure to give you a straight answer.

hey i lost mine due to dealership's lack of service....they forgot to screw everything back in after i got an oil change and i ended up dragging mine for about 30 miles before someone told me i was dragging something....just go to the dealer because its covered under warranty....simple as that...

ya..unless you unscrewed them yourself...just be like...somethings wrong with my under part of my car...can you look at it...i saw it when blah blahb lah...just don't be like..i took it off to install this aftermarket part..and its dragging now..
