You need to buy the battery relocation kit from www.summitracing.com . It come with all the stuff you need to put the battery in the trunk. I had this done on my last car and it took some time to do. It can be self done. If you have played with stereo setup, then you can do this. All you need to do is unhook the positive battery wire that is under the battery tray, then you have to make the adapter like the stock positive wire onto your new positive wire. Have that new adapter hook back on where you took the stock one off from. Once you have that done, then you run the wire like you do with stereo wire through the firewall. Then lead the wire to back of your trunk. Make sure you do your best in covering it, and also make sure you have the wire away from where it could get cut. It can cause a spark and it won't be pretty. LOL!! But don't worry just have a good install and you will be fine.
Then with your stock negative battery wire. You need to cut the wire and end it with a cap so it can't be use anymore. The reason for that is, you're going to be making a new line in the back of the trunk. That means, all you have to do is use the new negative wire connect it to a ground near the new battery is located.
Once you are square away with that, you need to locate where you want the battery box to be. Then you need to drill a hole no bigger than the bolt to stop the water from getting in. The kit does come with a rubber bushing and screws to bolt it down. After that, put the battery in and cables on and you are ready to go.
Hope this help?
Good luck,
Dan
