This may be a dumb question but is there a difference in TRD USA and TRD Japan. And is there any problem putting something from TRD Japan on my car?

yeah trd j-spec stuff will typically void out your warranty from what i have heard.

yes TRD japan and TRD usa are under two different companies.. japan is under TMC while usa is under TMS

oh btw tmc - toyota motor corporation (big dogs in japan)
tms - toyota motor sales (us version)

There are some items in the TRD USA catalog that are TRD Japan stuff, especially the special order items.

TRD USA - really nothing for the Celica.
TRD Japan - all the neat Celica stuff.

The Sportivo suspension stuff is TRD Japan, also the rear strut brace, etc...
