My Simple Footwell Light Setup

Just thought I'd share some pics+a vid of the setup I have. I have 2 10" red cold cathode tubes in the footwells hooked up to a monster mods sound-activated switch that I got off ebay. The switch fits perfectly in the ashtray. My headunit is a Blaupunkt MP35 that I got cheap from a member here a couple weeks back...

Hehe...got the floor mats for free. They're actually pretty practical--no carpet to clean, stains just wipe right off. :D

Hehe...nah. I barely use the lights while driving. It's more something to entertain the passengers.

I don't have the name of the song...it's on a random techno playlist on my Zune...

Best part was the price--entire light setup (lights and switch) cost ~$13.

Don't think they make cold cathodes in multi-color. You might have to look into LEDs for that, and it would cost a little bit more.

Yeah man, thanks! I messed with the connections behind the display, and got the sketchy part to start working again. I do have some noise because of the factory amp, but I'm looking to do the Schosche mod to take care of it. Thanks again!
