from what i observed it is the clearcoat. Its hard to ship this thing. This is why its easier for local. So whoever can see if in person up close

I don't think you'll be able to put hood pinson it... because someone messed up the CF... it looks like the CF ripped, and it won't hold that hood pin anymore. How would anyone install it safely?
