Question about a Price on New Celica

I have an opportunity to purchase a 2001 Celica GT with 17" Konig rims, TRD Exhaust, 2 Kicker 10" Subs, Full Agressive Kit, Ingen Intake, plus many more mods. It is Silver with blue lighting bold graphics going across both sides to set it off for a fast and the furious car. It has about 12000 miles and the person wants 19000 and its a 5spd.
Currently I have a 95 Auto V6 Camaro with a few mods but was wondering if this car is a good deal for 19000. I like it but wanted a Supra more however this is the real world and price is an issue. So is it a good deal to get this Celica or just go buy a new one for 21000.

well...for me i buy that one :) cuz i have an auto gt and it cost more with stock everything from the dealer..and it has 15k miles already.. :)....

i'd get a new one "cuz" you don't know what the guy did to it, and for that price it should be in pristine condition. How do you know if the guy new how to change a tire and if his "mods" are reliable...he probably just threw them on........in fact I'd just keep the camaro...kick ass car

Sounds like a fair price, but the only thing is that I would make sure that the car is in great condition.

with all those mods, it must've been hard droven..
