I finally got my trd kit...did n e one install it themselves if so how hard was it...n e writeups and/or pics would be appreciated....

if it's a replica kit then good luck. Even if its a "good" replica, it will still need to be installed like a 3rd party kit.
A real TRD kit needs no instructions because it just snaps into your existing body hardware.
I'd talk to a bodyshop unless you have a couple friends that can help you keep the stuff held in place while you drill holes to mount it.

I mean that it's going to require drilling to mount on the body, or some possible modification. Normally replica kits are never perfect around the headlights. You may notice your front bumper doesn't fit right. Sometimes replica kits don't come predrilled. That's what I was getting at.
