Orbital buffer maybe?
2 hands, Karate Kid style, 1 wax on, the other wax off. j/k :)

If it takes over an hour to do one coat there is something wrong with what you are doing. Maybe you are putting down the wax too thick. It can be difficult to remove when it is put on too thick.

Sometimes it will take me as long as it took to put the wax on, to get it off. The best thing to do is just get someone to help you with it. Do you have any younger brothers or sisters who could help you? I usually get my brother to help me and I give him like 5 bucks for a couple hours of work, and it makes him happy, and makes my job easier.

what kind of wax are you using? sounds like your putting on WAY too much

ive used zymol and emerald series/amorall . . . stuff like that, it shouldnt take too long

ive used zaino for the past year and i dont even buff the thing off, its so easy to wipe off

Are you waxing the whole car before you take it off?? Most wax get real hard to take off if you let it dry to much. Read your waxes direction. Most say to do small sections and then remove.

Also direct sunlight dries the wax quicker making it hard to get off.
