need help cleaning

hows it everybody i wanna clean my throttle body, idle air control valve (iacv), and maf sensor. problem is i need to know the torque specs on the four bolts that hold the throttle body to the intake manifold and the torque specs for the intake manifold. if anybody got any suggestion on how to clean throttle body and idle air control valve and the maf.
