ok I got some grill inserts cut out (i'm cheap and a do-it-yourselfer haha) and then i realized...how am i supposed to get these to stay in there? I guess you could cut the parts of that little black part out and just put some mesh grill behind it, but i don't really want to cut anything. So I'm not sure how to get them to stay in there...i know tape won't work...:gap:

there's a rubber tube that's cut and you put that around teh grill....so it won't cut the seat. go buy them, its only freaking 10 bucks. that's really a cheap ass.....

I did it, just cut the right size and stick them in there...basically dig it into the paint till it is tight in there. It works, and it looks good, plus you don't see the any scratches belive it or not.

I cut a small slit in the black part, close to the edge so it's not very noticeable. When you cut the actual grill material leave a long peice that you can slide through the slit. They stayed in quite well and only popped out when I was rear-ended :ugh:
I use superglue...sorta works

ok i'll try both sticking it in there and SilverGlow's method if the first doesn't work...thanks guys.
Also, do you guys have pictures of yours? I forgot to mention that in the initial post. I was debating whether to have it at a slant to give it some depth or to just put it up flush with the back black part...
