I f up my car part 2

ok on fri I f up my car by gowing 60 plus on I-5 and then shifted into 2nd and droped my engine I had it towed to toyota dealer in and thay sead thay had to check a chip in my car that records everything I do. So I let them and thay sead that it nothing recorded so thay dont know what I did so Know thay have my car and thay will replace the engine at no price and I have or I should say had 31,000 miles on it, also thay gave me a rental at there expence. So I think that I owe toyota my life and will never talk **** about them agin.

Wait, do you have a GT or a GTS? cause if you were doing 60 and dropped it into second, you would be fine?

even in a GT... pulling off 7.5k rpm's or so shouldn't kill your car

in his post, he sayed he was going 60+, so he could be going 70, 75....going 75 or even 70 in 3rd and shift into 2nd will cause some valves to be bent. well good to hear that toyota is covering it. lates
