holes for license plate on the front bumper?

I was thinking of painting screws and putting them in.
it'd be better than 2 black holes..

I filled the holes with some stuff and used touch-up paint. Screws would work too. A friend of mine had license plate fillers (or something like that) specifically designed to fill them in. Maybe someone knows where to buy them?
