So after a week of my celica sitting at the toyota dealership they decided to tell me that the repairs that were originaly needed wouldn't fix the problem and now i need a new engine. couldn't repair my engine knock caused by a spun bearing. I already sank in alot of money for them to replace the rod bearings and a crank rod. So i was told i need an new short block, crank rods..etc...I really don't think it's worth spending 5k to replace the engine So rather than repair my car i'm sending it to auction. As of right now my celica is sitting in my driveway collecting dust. It's nice working for a dealership where i can go to auction so i'll sell it there and now the search for a new celica begins. In the mean time i'll return my car back to stock and detail it for auction. So if anyone in New England has a celica for sale let me know.
