AH HA! found the g'damn squeek!!!!!

Ok well over certain speeds (60mph) or orver a slightly bumpy road i would hear a slighy noise, very mousy type squeek, like a metal sound it drove me nutz. it sounded like it was coming out of the console, from the passenger seat you heard it the best (not the glove box). well when i was installing the header i moved around the metal peice thats used to deflect air down from the hoodscoop was loose a little. well i was pushing on it and it emulated the same exact squeeky noise. so the bolt was a little loose up at the top and bottm. so mabye this will solve someone else problem as it did mine. im not taking a highway trip till tomm, so we will see if that did it! But i am sure it did. hope this helps.

i had a similar "squeeky" noise about a month ago but it was in my rear end, and i found out that it was my stock wing......one of the nuts where lose from one side of the wing

i think every1 should post the answer to their "squeeky" noises they have encounted in this thread:chuckles: ....i know there is quite a few of them:p
