RPM Going To An All Time Low

My car has never done this before but today while coming to a complete stop my car's RPM started shooting up and down at weird intervals. I was reading around and saw something about a MAF sensor. I tried lookin for a guide to clean the MAF sensor and got nothing. Please let me know how I should clean it and with what specific product?

From what I have read in the forum it looks like this is called bogging. Weird thing is I do not have a CAI or SRI so any help is appreciated.

You also need to clean the IAC with a brake cleaner. You need to remove the tube from the Throttle body. Once that is removed, if you look closely inside the TB, you'll see a small square hole. Spray some break cleaner (non-residue green can) inside that hole and clean the rest of the TB.
