HID kits on ebay!! Need opinions.

I asked this question in another thread, but no one is really answering on which is better.

I was thinking of taking the plunge and purchase a set of these on ebay. Everyone seems pleased with them. I guess I'll give them a shot too.

Which ones are better?

Which do you guys think is better? I have just recently started reading up on HID lighting systems and not too sure which of these 2 are better. Any help would be appreciated as I'd like to purchase these this weekend sometime. Thanks.

i have the 1st ones

i got ripped off hard though, i got them through a guy and I expected to get quality ones but i just got these (i paid like 200 bucks)...

in all honesty their good, nice and bright... i've seen good ones before too and theres absolutely no difference... i got 8000k..

Those look nice and bright. I still can't decide which ones to get though. I don't know if xentec hids are good or not. Anyone here have them?

I would get the Xenon HID conversion cuz according to the pictures it looks like the ones that Dooly sells, haha.

I got my fogs from Dooly and they work great so I suppose these Xenon ones will also?

The second guy says he will warranty hassle free, free of charge for 2 years. The first link is only 14 months.

I'd just like some feedback on both. That's all. Depending on what people say about both, then I will decide. I just don't want to receive a dead ballast or bulb and then have to pay more just for replacement parts that should be free.

Why do you need a replacement when you just received a new set?

I don't need a replacement. I haven't even got a kit yet. I'm just saying, the guy in the first link, if you receive the hid kit and the ballast doesn't work, he wants you to send him $35 to replace it with another one. I think that's kind of crappy.

i paid 180 for the xentec kit last year im so mad that they are on ebay for this cheap!!! but make sure you get the ones with a better warranty my one ballast has been messing up for a while now and it just fianlly went bad 1 month before the warranty is up sooo..? i might buy another kit for my fiance's car

I have number 2 (paid more like $80 tho) and I am very pleased. The only problem I have had is that one of the bumbs fails to ignight about 1/10th of the time, all I have to do is turn it off and back on again and it lights just fine.

Anyone else like to chime in and say which ones they think are better and why they would get those maybe? I'm leaning towards #1 right now since most people seem to have those and have had pretty good luck with them. Not sure on the others so.....let me know if you have any input. Thanks for all the replies so far.

4300K is pure white, 6000K is white but with a small hint of blue. The stock projectors give it a nice blue/purple cutoff and on signs and everything it's really sweet looking

Thanks for all the feedback. I went with number 1. It seems to be the one everyone has said was good. I just hope I don't get a bad kit. I'll post back when I get the kit installed.
