I thought i would have had the twist low beams but i have the spring and hook. I am at the point where i have taken the old bulb out, removed that rubber housing, and unhooked that metal clip. The problem is I can not seem to hook the clip back in? My headlight housing is still in my car, i really did not want to remove it. Should I just keep trying lol.. I have been at it for an hour, kinda loosing patience.

HAHA! I've been there to man. It takes some patience. It can be done with the headlamp still in the car.

There is a piece on the little black adapter that has like a lip er...peg to it. The rest is round if you look at it straight on you should see what I mean. Once you unclip the clip you can see that the lip fits perfectly into a spot like a puzzle piece. Once you have it situated you just close the clip behind it, put the rubber grommet back on, and hook up the wire.

I think i got it guys:gap: the steel clip is in its latch, the light bulb is in its place, but the bulb was wiggling around:( I put the rubber housing over and plugged it in, seems fine. I going to drive around tonight.

There was no black piece? On the bulb? My old bulb was a silverstar and just had the 2 prongs. thats it...

I just took out one more bolt holding the housing to the frame and I didn't pull it out but I was able to pull it upward a little and it made it a hell of a lot easier to reclip.

There is a black piece that you stick on the bulb's prongs, then you stick the connector on the prongs thats on the black piece. The bulb should be tight if you have that black piece on there too.

remove front bumper, it takes 3 minutes, and then remove headlamp it takes 2 minutes. It will ease out the job a lot and make sure everything is fine, also, while it's all out, grease the fenders with sprayable grease!

I used to pull my bumper, but with some practice I can do them pretty quick now.
