* Blue LED Climate Control Conversion Upgrade

HI...

I finally got around to test the new way to do the Blue LED Conversion for Climate Control..
There has been issue with red temp area doesn't light up red with blue LED conversion...
So I got this special filter you can apply on the back to make the light up red..

Any one who has done my conversion and want to put this filter one..

All you have to do it cut them to the size for the red temp area and stick it on...

Filter is free with order with the kit...

You can pull the socket out a little, it will make it brighter..
If you stick it all the way in, it will be less bright..
Then just zip tie it...

did dooly's led conversion a long long time ago and was very happy with it . . .untill i wrapped my console and no light doesnt show though :D deffinitly not doolys fault, blame it on the c/f :D

Hey dooly I'm gonna paypal you for this I just saw this thread. I also have a question about the large leds behind the two nobs. Behind the temp nob my leds have started to constantly blink about a month ago and now they only turn on every 3-4 seconds for just a blip and then stay off agian. Does this sound like a ground issue? Becuase I'm checked and they are still soldered on just fine.

Excuse my stupidity. For $1 I am getting a light filter? How does this work? I take off my console and place the filter behind it or do I need to change a bulb and if I do then where do I get one at and how much do they range? Do you offer other color styles, such as red?

If it flickers then LED probably defective....
I provide replacement for them free of charge...

Yes, it's filter that you stick it on the back area that is the red area...

So far the pics have been great from other people. i currently have a CF wrapped console in 1X1 that I'm not happy about. I thought about buying one wrapped from Topshop. Am I going to have to solder the L.E.D.'s in?

There are some few soldering involved.. nothing major..
There is two 4LED cluster that you need to solder it on.. total of four connection..

If you want to change the color for AC/Defrost button, you'll have to swap out the LED.. soldering is involved... but that is also not too complicated....

If you have green color as stock, it's brighter and if you have amber stock then it's about equalvent....
