i'm gonna be adding an AEM CAI to my 01 gt atm.
i've heard that resetting your ecu can be done by simply disconnecting the fuse.
i think i heard that it was numbered #15 or something. correct me if im wrong.
but i tried to take out the fuse, but it wont budge.
is it supposed to be like that, or is there a trick or a tool requirement?

EDIT: i used a flat head screwdriver and slowly wedged it out. and yeah disconnecting the battery works too, but i didnt want to deal with unscrewing and having my radio reset and stuff.
and i didnt get to install my intake yet, so i havent disconnected the battery. but i knew about the battery thing anyway.
thanks all for quick response though

You can just disconnect the battery.

y?? b4 u install the CAI u need to unhook the battery ground terminal anyway..after u have the intake installed then u gonna hook the battery back up..so ur ecu is already reset..this is the first part new people will ALWAYS forget to do b4 they install the intake..then they come back with, i got a CEL and i don't know y..didn't happen b4 i install the intake but it came on afterward..lame..
remove the MAF sensor and spray it down with maf sensor cleaner or brake cleaner w/out chloride..understand?? if not, use the search button for MAF sensor or Mass Air Flow sensor..etc..etc..search button is ur friend, use it wisely..
