clear turning signal bulbs

are there any bulbs that shine white at nite (like stock headlghts) and look clear in the day...not the hyper whites that look blue during the day. Can someone tell me where to get these. thanks

You can just spray some silver spray paint over the bulbs to get rid of their colored reflections. Just be careful if you ever try to remove the paint. Some bulbs just have the blue/orange/etc. only painted onto the bulb, so you'll remove both the silver paint and the color at the same time.

so you are saying that i can just spray paint my orange stock ones with silver?? and thats it? I don't get what you mean about scratching the color off though...

Some bulbs have the blue or orange color impregnated into the glass, while others have it just painted on. If you try to remove the silver paint on a bulb with the color painted on, the color will most likely come off, too, leaving you with just a clear bulb.

i just tried it right now....and it's not the same as what i was talking about. It did look better from far away but then when you use your blinker it still shines orange. I just wanted it to shine white...thanks for the tip anyways

oh yea and diablo6speed the website doesn't work, do you know where else to get those bulbs they look nice...what color does it shine? white right? thanks

i think there 1156 go to a parts store and they can look it up for you and while your there get some clear bulbs. one thing though bring some needle nose pliers with you because youll need to remove one the metal nipples on the side of the bulb in order to get it in the socket. i did it to mine and it works great. toyota put an offset on there bulbs so reg bulbs wont fit but now you know how to make them fit. hope this helps out.
