whats up..... this girl i know owes me a little somehting and she said that she wanted to buy me some things for my car..so i said umm ok...heheh.. (shes gonna pose naked for me too on my car) heheh..shes the sh!t..anyway i asked her if she would buy me the apexi rev speed meter and the apexi s-afc...and she said yes...ahahaha well i am planning on buying them soon and was wondering that since both of these things are wrird right into the cars computer and wiring harness..oif this will mess anything on my car up..like will i have less power to other things in my car or will my computer get overloaded or something since both of these things will be wired into my computer...well basically all i am asking is if this is a really bad thing to have these 2n things wired into my computer..i just doint want to have seriosu electrical problems or computer problems with my car....let me know..thanx

oh yeah and if anyone here is going to the june 22nmd meet in seaside..i will have those pics of her posing on my car if you dont believe me...lol

well first off ..does anyone know an answer to my question..and also can the moderator move this to performance mods ..casue i think it should be there instead...anyway...i was just wondeing oin thign about the apexi rsm..does it need to be on that stand that they sell with it for it to be able to work properly or do they just sell that just so u have aplace to mount it...

abnyone answer please..

its not gonna mess up anything if you install it properly. You might get a CEL with the safc, but i didnt any so did many others. Even if u did get a cel, you can just reset it. I dont have the rev speed meter, but i doubt its gonna harm anything, its basically a high tech g-tech pro, the stand if im not wrong only serves a placemnet purpose and nothing else.

You might want to look into the G-sensor for the revspeed meter too..

So again, if u do the installs cleanly, or have someone who know how to do it for you, there shldnt be any problem with any electrical shorts or power outages.
