View Full Version : just got Phillips SivlerVision Turn signals

These things are really cool looking! They look so much better than the stupid orange bulbs. When you look at the car from the outside and you look at the headlamps you dont see that nasty orange glare. Very slick looking. highly recommend these. (plus there legal).

I will try and post some pics later, they are very hard to take pictures of because as soon as the flash hits them they turn orange. so its kinda hard to show what they really look like. Ill do my best though.

i actually like the orange turn signals and the stock ambers.....so im keeping them that way. ill be different for now.

Yeah, I agree.

Imagine this:
All celicas have always come stock with "clear corners" and clear turn signal bulbs.
Then, suddenly everyone wants the new, amber marker lenses and the latest rage is amber turn signal bulbs. ;)

its all about making your celi stick out from others so that you can be more unique. Its also about what looks good to you. I happen to dislike the amber color so i went with clear corners and silverVisions. But everyone has different tastes.

Im gonna order a pair of these today.
i hate the amber bulbs but wanna maintain legality
so this is the next best thing.

the silver visions still reflect amber in the housing at certain angles.

I went to the hardware store and purchased a can of spray paint

I cleaned the amber bulb with alcohol, and spray 2 to 3 light coats on the glass.

n now whadda think its legal? Sorry dunno the laws in the us, but in europe it would be very expensive if the cops catches ya up with this
