Hotchkis progressive rate Street Coils match with what shock?

I just bought these and I realized they have a very high spring rate. What do you guys recommend for the shock?

F: 164-242 lb/in 1.375" R: 1.875" 350-380 lb/in (progressive spring rate)

Do you have any shock dynos or articles that explain why konis are superior?
The drop is 1.3 inch so both AGX and koni can handle the drop what makes the koni better?

I just put on these springs w/ KYB AGX. The AGX's work but they are either too stiff or too soft. The dampening isn't the greatest but its livable for a DD. I'll be getting Koni's next time however.
