00 GT Brake Upgrade Questions

I'm doing the rear gt-s Disc brake conversion. I'm also looking into buying a set of slotted rotors so i can install them when i do the swap. I know that the 00GT has the "smaller" front calipers. I would like to do front and rear slotted and obviousily i have to buy GT-s rear roters and i want to buy them in a set so either way im going to get GT-S fronts. Can i use the larger GT-s rotors with the smaller 00 GT caliper? and if i were to swap with the larger front caliper what all is involved? do i have to use the bracket off the GT-S? Can i use all the brake lines from my 00GT calipers? I called up the Toyota Parts Recycler and he looked up the calipers and told me that 00-02 is the same and 03-up's are different.. I'm a little confused?
