I need help on taking out my engine valve cover, a friend of mine will be workin on it. I notice that there's leak on the side of the cover, do I need to replace my gasket too? Thanks.

yea, its worth changing it if you have the cover off. Just make shure the surfaces are clean and you shouldnt have any probs.

its in the cylinder head assembly section of the engine thread.
