I was wondering how come the GTS has an over all better gain in HP when its come to after market headers, beside the DC header? Is there anyways for GT to benefit from the same HP gain as the GTS, if so, what kind of modifcaton and customs work should done on the GT?

the gts has the 2zz which has lift, and overall the 2zz is designed better so generally the 2zz makes more gains on the same mods

Boost that MOFO!! I'm sure the GT would benefit greatly from a decent turbo kit. What is the compression ratio of a GT anyways? I'm sure it's lower than the GT-S's 11.5:1.

the gt doesn't do as well turbo'd like the 2zz as far as power increase for the same setup

It's mostly the head, the GT has an economy head the GT-S has a performance head. The flow is much better, it has lift, it's just overall a better engine. Also the stroke is higher on the GT so it can't rev as high so it will gain less since most of the gains are in the mid range and get less of an rpm multiplier.
so to answer your question I guess the best way to help a GT engine as far as N/A would be a good head porting but idk if anyone offers that yet, as far as I know Boosted hasn't started working on 1ZZs yet. And also the bad things is it would cost a lot and probably just make the flow similar, but still probably worse then a 2ZZ while if you spend the same amount porting a 2ZZ it will be much better.

FT would differently give the GT more HP, but its like throwing moneys out the window. I know that the GT does gain some benefits from PPE and Hotshot header, but by how much as compared to the GTS? I wants to give my GT a little more HP beside replacing the intake and exhaust.

1zz is 10.0:1

You can't compare the PPE header gains and HS header gains from a GT to a GTS because they have different engines. From what I've seen, a GT doesn't stop making power @ 6800 RPMs with the PPE header. A GTS makes a lot of mid-power but loses power at its top end (Don't quote me on this, I just observed this at a dyno) with the PPE. HS is only for a GT not for a GTS. If you don't like throwing money out the window, you should have thought about getting a GTS instead of a GT in the first place.

Could you replace a GT head with a GT-S head? And pistons, cams, etc..? lol

No, it's not a Honda.

The PPE header doesn't lose power up top. You're thinking of the WR header...

When David (Jintei) was dynoing his car at Church's Automotive, he stopped making power above 7500 RPMs which is why I said it loses power up top. More or less, his exhaust setup is fairly restrictive since he isn't running a full straight pipe.

Definitely not... but you could stroke the 2ZZ with the 1ZZ crank and custom rods(IE MWR Kit). That will give you a little more displacement for better mid range while you still have the better head and block of the 2ZZ but will also decrease your max RPMs because of the longer stroke.
of course that wouldn't help you at all because you have a 1ZZ right now huh lol.
