Who went to June 8 carshow @ rosemont??

I dont see any post about it. It was the car show at rosemont(forgot the stadium,its not at all-state) with the FnF RX-7 and the golden IS300 featured at super street skyline gt-r, panos prototype car.

I went there, but didnt get a chance to see the car show. I got there around 10pm. All the cars are outside getting put on the trailer. And the cars that actually in the car show was on the road going home. Looked like the show was done around 6-7pm.

I dropped by there, there were three celicas in the show, one really nice tricked out silver one that the guy said had a turbo but wouldn't open his hood (got some pictures), another nice red one not much on the engine beside CAI and nitrous but looked good, and a GT-S auto that looked like somebody took a wrong turn and parked their nearly all stock car in the show (not even a body kit). I was hoping to find something fun to buy but nobody had hardly anything for a Celica, so I ended up telling the Car Boutique guys what a scam everything they sell is. I asked them about the Celica fill ins they do for Schaumburg Toyota and they wanted $25, clear corners $80. I would like to buy from some place local but not for double the price. Oh yeah and Schaumburg Toyota had a hot looking blue GT... looked inside it's an auto though, with the full TRD kit, exhaust, CAI etc.. You ever drop by the Pizza Uno lot on Thursdays? I've seen lot's of Supras and Vipers there, a little intimidating, be nice to see some Celicas.

The car show at Odium sucked big time!!! Theres more good looking car at chinatown saturday night than the odium car show!!!!!

I dont go to Pizza Uno, I work 2nd shift.
Funny thing is, I used to watch illegal racing during my lunch and break by my work at aurora last year. I dunno if theyll gonna do illegals again over there this year.... its a nice place to race just commercial building all over.

i kinda know the owner of the silver celica. he doesnt have turbo, but a hell lot of other stuff. that car will kill type r, rsx, whatever. lots of money under that hood. its gonna be at hin chicago. im goin to see it. laters.
