im pretty sure that u would have to run a wet shot bc celicas do not come with a return fuel system.....so i think ur going to have to run a wet kit......but im sure somone that knows more about nitrious could back this up....anybody

Oh I have a zex wet kit with a 50 shot going to my 1zz and I love the added power so you should too. Just follow directions and please read what others have said on here how to use this power safely. Only higher rpms like between at least 4500 and right before red line and dont redline or mis gears. I use mine in only second and third gear in high rpm range. Good luck

so you use it in 2nd and 3rd huh? i didnt know if i would be able to keep the tires under it in 2nd. do you think it would be bad to use it at 4000 and right up to just before redline..??

I have a wet kit for sale, in the for sale section, or you can PM me,

You shouldn't have to much of a hard time keeping it from spinning in second.

Yield other's advice don't try to push your rev range, the added power will be enough you shouldn't have too.

soo today i was putting my NX kit in and i ran all the wires did everything and then when i was putting in my push button i broke it :( i'll have to go to radio shack and getone tomaro.. and i pressurized the lines and everything is good accept the N20 has a slight leak i might just have to tighten it up a little....

Cool cool yeah those fittings dont havt to be too tight in fact you can over tighten AN fittings but I thread mine on by hand get it tight then take a wrench and put a quick snug turn. Anyway please dont push it or use this power alot cuz your engine could be damaged pretty fast. Unfortunatly my motor just didnt hold up. But Im building a new motor that will handle my shot + more. :bang:

Some tips, run high octane, like 95-100. Dont over rev. Since it cuts the fuel, youll lean out the motor and end up blowing it. Also, dont leave the line hooked up to the tank if your not using it, you could run the risk of the nitrous leaking into the intake.

i finally hit it tonight! felt good i only used it from 4000 to about 6000 was trying not to rev it too much.. i am running the 50 and not planning on going any bigger. i am running 91 oct. thats all i can get. but i also am at 5500 elevation. how long had you been using your shot until you blew it up? how big ect..

Ive only had the kit on the car for about 2 months and only used it maybe 6 times on a 50 shot. I followed everything. But i think its cuz I had to hot of plugs in the motor. Just try to get colder plugs Ive heard and also find a thermostat that opens sooner than normal to keep the engine cooler. I may have over used it one night out playing around and that may have burnt the 2 pistons then 2 weeks later I lost compression cuz the centers of the pistons broke out. All I gota say is Im building the new engine twice as strong to maybe run 65 shot or 75 but I might just stick with the 55 shot to be safe. Be smart about using or you might end up with the same fate. I just cant believe that even running it so few times with no problems it still blew 2 weeks later.

He ran too hot of plugs. People don't tell you to get certain plugs for nothing. Too hot of plugs will cause serious damage to your motor. Get the colder plugs like everyone says. If you are THAT worried, get an EGT probe, it will tell you if you are burning way to hot or not (look on sites that carry turbo/f-i parts). And I wideband is a must if spraying in my mind. Too lean + stock plugs on a 50 shot, I'll give a 1zz-fe about 4 runs before she is done..

ive read of people putting this kit on 100% stock cel. i ran it quite a bit tonight so we will see if it goes down in the next few days....:( :(

Yea I feel ya man I even went to a race shop and they were like everything will be fine. Then again it could havt to do with alot of things to end my engines life.

If you're that worried you could always kick your timing back 2 degrees (though I'd think this would be overkill on a 50 shot) with 2 step colder plugs.

You should invest in a wideband, if something strange were to happen you'd know and be able to save your engine

50 is safe...I am running a 75 shot though. Would it really be that bad having to buy and build a new 1zz engine...LOL...seriously though...I have 150k on my motor and I guess thats why I worry about it less. I did just install the Venovus controller and love it! Makes a huge difference in activation...and I also bought a TY-rex triple solonoid. Check those out...worth every penny

I have heard that 75 is the most anyone wants to run on a stock Celi. I am running 75, but I did have an implosion about a year ago. I never determined if it was operator error or something mechanical. I did upgrade from the WOT to the venovus controller which I highly recommend. I absolutely love it and it feels more stable.( www.venovus.com/Index.htm ). I am currently setting an extra throttle body up so that the nitrous will go in smoother and closer to the throttle. I have also come to learn that one bottle is not enough....lol
