So, bodykits.org said if I hit six car shows and show them I'm gonna promote their stuff, I can have any body they make for a 7th Gen Celica and a sponsorship...
Well I found this;
http://www.bodykits.org/cart/view_product_info.php?ItemID=4202
I've looked and never found a Celica with this, only the APR Widebody. At $3,500 thats WAY too much...
What's everyone's thoughts on this?
Don't want to make a huge mistake.

Thats the black widow widebody I think... With any wide body prepare to spend a lot of money on trying to make it fit right.

considering that cheap price compared to most that are over $3k, fitment is going to be horrible

So you're acquiring a sponsorship and you want to get that kit? IMO you should get something with guaranteed fitment otherwise you'll be spending a lot of unnessesary time and money trying to get it right.

dude you should get that JP or the k-1 or r34 or street fighter. imo those all look pretty good if they were painted and put on well

Yeah I thought it would probably be close to the $1800 just to get it on and painted...
I just really want a widebody :D lol
I'd love to have a Veiside, do you think their Invader or Invader 2 would be ok?
Basically I just want the best kit from these guys. I know there will be some fitment issues, but I don't want a complete piece of crap.
I could always just sell it and buy one from Jintei :D lol Don't think they'll like that though... lol

that pic of the white wide body is goldilocks car. They had to do major major major modifications to that body kit to make it look that way. Also why are you wanting this sponsorship so badly, I am guessing you got it through carsponsorships.com since bodykits.org i have read only like deals with that site. Do some research and look into the quality of their kits from people that have bought their kits in the past. It may not even be worth the free kit depending on the quality of their product. Also if you go widebody be expecting to spend mucho dinero as you will need a new full paintjob, good ones cost around 3-4k, then you willl need to buy wheels and tires as well. Just because it may be free still may make it not worth it, google around about the company and see how the quality of their kits are.
You could always get a nice well made kit from jintei remember.

Apr isnt sold by them! and if so its not on the site or listed for one he can pick from. Also ..hes right.....going widebody means..some mods....paint job, wheels, tires..etc good luck.

Yeah thats where it's from. I've got a few pretty good sponsors, them and Defi for gauges and such, Fidanza for my transmission.
Thing is I WOULD buy the Veilside from Jintei BUT I don't think my sponsors would like my car not having their kit on it.
That's why I'm REALLY considering the Invader from bodykits.org. I know the cost to actually get the finished product out of the widebody is gonna be great, I thought that out.
I'll research some of their product reviews and see what I can find.
