Frikin NTB

So I haven't been able to drive the celica for a week now. Last Friday I noticed my tire had a slow leak and there was an impact bulge in the sidewall. I have it warranted by NTB so I wasn't to worried. took it over there and one of the employees checked it out and said they would get a new one ordered for me.

I left the celica parked at home cause I didn't want to drive on the highway back to school for the week with the spare. borrowed my mom's car for the week (uhhg automatic) and realized just how much I miss the celica. Now I get back this weekend and call over there and they never even ordered the stupid tire.

The tire won't get here until Tuesday so I get to borrow another car for the week while the celica sits at home. Oh plus they wanna charge me like $40 for the new tire "for the warranty package on the new one". I'm pissed. I'm gonna argue with them and try to get it for free plus an alignment. there is no reason why I should have to pay them after they forgot to order the stupid tire. ok I'm starting to feel better now after my rant...

sorry to hear that.
so if there is impact bulge... meaning you or whoever drove your car hit a crub or etc... I dont think warranty package includes that. thought they cover for free only if there's a leak from a nail and they patch for free...
but yea, try to save that $40 and alignment :gap:

they said they would replace under warranty but would require 30 to pay for the warranty on the new tire and $10 for mounting and balancing the new one. I have not heard back from customer service yet but I just sent an email yesterday afternoon so I might have to call them.
