tail lights?

i put in altezzia tail lights for my 02' celica. and many may not care but when i put it in ive noteced that when you push the brake and turn on your signal. it still blinks but you also see the brake light on at the same time. any one know how to fix?

umm... if your pushing the brakes down then the brake light should be on whether the turn signal is or not. Why would you want the brake lights go off when the turn signal is on
and the brakes are being pressed? that doesn't make sense.

well it looks like this. the brake light and signal light are both in the same place.

It's lights up half and half.....

no it dose not light up half and half its all in one exccept the reverse light.

the way it works is your blinker and brake/running light are in the same red circle area. your brake/running light is the same bulb i.e the light stays on then gets brighter when you press the brakes. the only way to get what you are after if i read it right is to get a pair of tyc tails. they have 3 seperate areas for the bulbs. 1 for blinker 1 for reverse and 1 for your brake/running light. i add a pic of my retrofitted tyc's to give you the idea

thanks anyways, if you don't get the problem thats cool. i dont use them as much, but i wanted to know if any one knew how to fix this problem. i might take it to a auto Mechanic and see if they noe. if not ill juss leave it alone.

does it occur in both taillights?
Is something occurring in one talkilight and not the other?
Otherwise if that is not the case they are working fine.

it's not a problem with the tails thats how they are supposed to be.

i only use them when switching lanes, other than that cops never said a thing to me.

I hate people like you. I was at a 4 way stop tonight and I was going straight and the person in front, coming towards me appeared to be doing the same. We waited the the other vehicle from my left to go and then we started to go.
The person I'm assuming is going to drive right by me turns their signal on at the last second and almost hits me. I hate people that don't know how to use their signals and that don't know how to drive.
