I was heading home tonight from my vacation and saw a spec blue celi GTS with florida plates all sorts of mods... underbody neons, tint, altezzas, exhaust, white interior...driving north on the garden state parkway around 5pm or so. I was just picked up from the airport (flew in from miami) so I wasn't driving my celi.
