Need New Headunit!!! Help!

So my faithful DEH P900R Premier deck had its OEL going out. I replaced its electronics once, and though it was close to top of the line in its day I think it is time for something new.

I'm looking at these three choices and I would appreciate some opinions from people. I am a die hard Pioneer and Premier guy so I'm not looking for other brands. I would appreciate any thoughts or user reviews. Thanks.

These are my three options I have settled on.
1.) The Pioneer DEH-P800PRS

2.) The pioneer AVIC-D3 already have one in my Scion

Yeah I know thats why I put my "disclaimer" at the bottom but unfortunately there are rarely many people in the audio forum.

Well if your not too good with directions the second one would be pretty great, but if your going for the show look, the AVH is really good.
