Any of you guys know how I can desensitize my car's alarm a bit?
It is sensitized every time a person or even a cat pass close to it.

Btw, I have no idea where the alarm is installed, didnt even know its existence till know

Find the alarm... Most of the time its under the driver side dash.. or behind that plastic door on the driver side dash.. Just find it and turn the sensitivity down a bit.

sometimes the alarm goes xtra sensitive when you have metal things where the cup holders are.that was the problem with mine.

try parking in the street while you do the adjustment so you can control the sensitivity of the alarm

Impossible is nothing, but this, oh, I cant find it. I even went to a shop selling and fitting alloys, bumpers, vinyls, radios, amplifiers etc, two people took a look, but nothing. Tried to disconnect some wiring off the battery but still... the dam thing still screams like crazy.

It will stay in the garage for 3 weeks, (have to go out of town next morning, glad my dad is lending me his carina e) and I hope that I will resolve this problem as soon as I will come back.

Thanks for the feedback everyone!
